Only drawings with a PDF attached (via the file field on "New Drawing" or "Log new revision", or from a bulk PDF import) will actually be included in the zip — everything else appears in the included manifest so you can see what's missing.
Deploy the included worker.js to Cloudflare Workers (with a KV namespace bound as REGISTER_KV), then paste the worker URL below. Everyone who opens this page with the same URL + access code will see the same live register and messages.
